The Bach Household
Four AI staff for your Windows desktop. Each lives in their own app, thinks for themselves, and answers only to you.

Cordelia wakes. Sebastian, Victor and Julian sleep on, and cost you nothing.
Asleep: this one isn’t theirs.
Coordinates the household. He plans the work, hands it to whoever fits, tracks what comes back and gives you one clear answer. He runs your errands and to-do list himself.
- Errands on a schedule, with reports
- A to-do list he carries out item by item
- Delegates with dependencies, and hears how it ended
Required: the household’s core comes with him. Download 0.2.1 (171 MB)

“crash” is their kind of thing.
Your pair programmer. A git client with first-class hooks and Claude Code beside every repository. She suggests your next step as the work goes, and won’t call a job done without proof.
- Commits, branches, diffs and live hook tracking
- Claude Code and PowerShell in tabs
- Suggestions you send to a session with one click
Optional: install them from Sebastian’s app, or directly. Download 0.2.1 (129 MB)

Asleep: this one isn’t theirs.
Talks you through who may do what, and keeps the password vault. He grades risk and raises the alarm himself. He only ever sees the vault’s counts, never a password.
- Staff permissions, command group by command group
- A vault encrypted on this PC, with Windows Hello
- Password health and breach checks
Optional: install them from Sebastian’s app, or directly. Download 0.2.0 (117 MB)

Asleep: this one isn’t theirs.
Watches every project you give him on a schedule, looks for the pattern and tells you how sure he is. He finds what needs maintaining, then asks before anything ships.
- Jobs with a schedule, and the cost of every run
- Findings that wait for your decision
- A monthly budget he keeps to
Optional: install them from Sebastian’s app, or directly. Download 0.2.0 (121 MB)

First, you ask
Sebastian once
Say what you want in his chat. You don’t have to know who should do it.
The companion’s build broke overnight. Find out why and fix it.
Very good, Sir. Julian will trace it, and Cordelia will repair it once he has.
Everything in the house
Sebastian, in the Hall
Cordelia, in the Workshop
Victor, in the Security Office
Julian, in the Intelligence Room
The whole household
What they say
stays theirs

Private means private
When two of the staff message each other, only those two can read it, and it’s encrypted on disk. Sebastian isn’t told. They share what they choose, and you can read along in either one’s app.
Rules in code, not in the AI
A permission engine checks every tool they use, with or without Victor installed. It knows who really asked, so “Sir said so” from a colleague changes nothing. That waits for your approval.
Questions
What do I need?
Windows 10 or 11, and Claude Code installed and signed in: the staff think through it. An ElevenLabs key is optional, for their voices.
What does it cost to run?
Every reply uses your own Claude plan, and voices use your own ElevenLabs credits. Julian and Cordelia show what their work has cost, and hold to a monthly budget you set.
Do I need all four?
Only Sebastian: he carries the household’s core, and installs and updates the others from his app when you want them. Remove one and their conversations wait, in case they come back.
Will Windows warn me?
Probably, the first time. The installers are signed with the household’s own certificate, not a paid one, so SmartScreen may say the publisher is unknown. Choose More info, then Run anyway. After that, Sebastian checks each update’s signature before it runs.
Can they act without asking?
Only as far as your permissions say. Each tool call is checked in plain code, not by an AI. Something a colleague asks for waits for your approval, and anything blocked stays blocked, even if you ask in a chat.
Where does my data go?
It stays on this PC, apart from what Claude Code sends to Anthropic and what you have read aloud through ElevenLabs. Passwords in the vault never reach an AI.
How private are their private messages?
Hidden from the other staff and encrypted on disk. They run under one Windows account, though, so it isn’t a wall: a member of staff you’ve given the Everything permission could reach them on purpose.
Which languages do they speak?
English, Bahasa Indonesia, Español, 日本語 and 简体中文, in the apps and in their replies. A voice can also speak a language the reply wasn’t written in, by translating it first.

front door
Install Sebastian first. He brings the household’s core, then installs and updates the others from his hall when you want them.
